How can I cancel my order?

Please note that it is necessary to initiate the cancellation process before your order details are forwarded to our warehouse. This must be done within 3 hours from the time the order was placed.

What if I receive the wrong product?

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

We offer a one-year warranty on all our units, providing you with peace of mind. This warranty covers any malfunctioning or manufacturer defects. We will proceed with a replacement at no additional cost to you.
